Specialist - Compliance
Training and all initial onboarding of firm new hires.
This will include working with firm leadership to set a training schedule for each new hire, add the individual to the firm's Learning Management System (LMS), send the training track to the new hire, and oversee new hire training to completion.
Creating new training content and uploading content created by firm leaders to the firm's LMS.
Housing and cataloguing all client alerts, contracts, etc.
in the firm's client library.
This will entail accepting receipt where required and uploading the documents or emails received to the firm's data repository.
Conduct internal surveys as directed by clients, compile answers to survey questions, return to client as required.
