As a Human Resources Representative, you spend each day talking to job applicants to learn about their background and experience.
You are the first person to represent Nolan Painting to all job applicants, and your warm and friendly demeanor shines as you tell them more about Nolan Painting and all of the opportunities available to them as employees.
You are an excellent listener and you are able to assess a candidate's qualifications and recommend them for next steps in the hiring process.
You also have great attention to detail and are able to track and manage candidates through the entire hiring process.
You love being part of a close-knit team that works hard and has fun each day, and you take pride in taking a critical role in building the team.
