We are seeking a skilled and personable Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for patients, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Verify and update patient information in the system accurately.
- Process insurance claims and assist with billing inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in dental software and office management systems.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and billing procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a dental setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
