Responsibilities:
Serves customers by learning and adapting to an expanding portfolio of products and sharing the information gained with customers to generate sales.
Services existing accounts, process orders, providing updates to customers, resolving any issues.
Engage customers and prospects through product presentations, either personally or with vendor collaboration.
Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on prospects.
Uses CRM to plan each day's activities and record all activities and communications.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, implementing, communicating with customer, and follow-up.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, learning from co-workers, and reviewing professional publications.
Contributes to team effort by helping wherever needed.
