We are looking for someone who loves to learn and work with people.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and responding to voicemails Schedule patients and confirm appointments Check-in and check-out patients Obtain patient information and verifying insurance Collect co-payments and deductibles Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations Present and explain treatment plans Offer financial options to patients Qualifications Friendly & professional demeanor Excellent communications skills Knowledge and familiarity with PPO insurance Experience with dental software preferably Eaglesoft Proficient computer and telephone skills Familiar with dental terminology and dental codes High school or equivalent (Required) Experience Dental office front desk:
