Our client, a growing private Real Estate Investment Firm specializing in single-family and multi-unit residential rental properties, hotels, and various real estate development projects, is seeking a Controller to join their team Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will play a crucial role in steering the financial strategy and management, contributing directly to the expansion and success of the firm This individual will be responsible for the set up and management of the accounting function related to properties owned and managed under multiple LLC entities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment This includes the control and oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable for the properties and property management operations This individual will also evaluate and modernize financial systems, processes & checkpoints while playing a key role in providing operational guidance to owners as they scale the business and diversify holdings.
