Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000What We Expect:
Lead by example, championing Griswold's mission to staff, caregivers, clients, and the community.
Mentor and develop office staff, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Identify and nurture leads through various channels, including digital platforms and face-to-face interactions.
Educate clients and families, and local community groups on our services, ensuring a clear understanding of how we enhance their quality of life.
Ensure smooth transitions for new clients, engaging with local communities to promote services and build partnerships.
Autonomously manage tasks, balancing office responsibilities with community engagement.
Maintain compliance with regulations and company procedures, collaborating with the team for efficient client intake.
Organize and participate in community events to promote services and foster connections.
Represent the office in corporate planning and strategy meetings, facilitating consistent communication between staff and corporate.

Preferred:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
Home care experience is advantageous.
Proficiency in marketing strategies:
email, social media, content, and advertising.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
