ABA Registered Behavior Technician

CGRC s ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Program is hiring! ABA RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) provide individualized, one-to-one ABA support to children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, other developmental or cognitive delays, and/or behavioral disorders across all settings (school, home, and community). The ABA RBT implements individualized behavioral interventions based on the treatment plan goals and specific ABA programming based off of specific assessments developed by the Licensed ABA Behavior Consultant.

Technicians use a variety of clinically based interventions such as talk, play, art, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other strategies to help you and your child reach the agreed upon treatment plan goals.

Responsibilities

  • Model behavioral interventions to all other mediators of the plan (i.e. parents, teachers, caregivers), to support the transfer of skills.
  • Collect data daily and document progress notes in a prearranged format for each session with the child/adolescent.
  • Prompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fade prompt appropriately to promote independent use of replacement behaviors.
  • Increase the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcement (desired items/actions, attention, or removal of demands/aversive situations)
  • Accurately collect behavior data including A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording.
  • Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing the ABA program designed and seeks out consultation when needed.
  • Effectively communicate with caregivers and treatment team regarding client needs and progress.
  • Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, and supervisor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
