Human Resources Coordinator

Child Guidance Resource Centers is seeking a full time Human
Resources Coordinator for our Delaware County location.



The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for
facilitating and coordinating administrative Human Resources (HR) functions and
supporting employees and managers with understanding HR processes. ?This includes benefits management, leave
management, worker?s compensation, employee separation and unemployment.?



Responsibilities:


  • General benefits administration including
    electronically processing employee enrollments, changes, terminations and resolving
    enrollment/billing discrepancies and issues.
  • Administers and processes leave requests and
    liaises with employee, supervisor and payroll to coordinate leave activities.
  • Reports incidents to worker?s compensation
    insurance provider and liaises with employee, supervisor and insurance provider
    as necessary.
  • Responds to unemployment requests and ensures
    accurate and timely submission of information.
  • Processes employee separations and communicates
    internally to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and
    local laws and regulations as they apply to employment practices.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor?s degree preferably in Human Resources
    or Business field.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Minimum two years human resources generalist
    experience, healthcare environment preferred.
  • A sincere commitment to providing excellent
    service and an ability to establish and build key professional relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to
    be tactful, maintain confidences and foster a positive work environment.
  • High self-motivation with the ability to
    establish priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with
    changing priorities.
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Office
    (Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
